If you start as a Micro Business and grow, we will scale with you! No need to stress about finding a new bookkeeper as your business evolves.

Micro businesses for us are:

Sole traders with no employees

Less than 50 bank transactions per month

Privacy and Confidentiality is an integral part of any financial service and a core value at Kinetic Bookkeeping. When you engage our services, we have a service agreement which states clearly that none of your business details will be shared with anyone other than us. You can trust our bookkeepers to manage your finances in a discreet and professional way in accordance with Australian Privacy Law.
Everything we work on, all the reports, ledgers, and statements belong to you - Kinetic Bookkeeping will never retain ownership. With your permission, we will collaborate with your advisors or accountant to ensure the data required is where it needs to be.

Our Workspace
Kinetic Bookkeeping is a fully remote bookkeeping service that has no office address. This comes with some huge advantages for our clients.
If you are requiring one on one meetings or training, we can travel to you. Because our services are remote, it gives us the flexibility to maintain all our clients as we travel for meetings.
Working remotely means we can work anywhere at anytime, providing flexibility and a healthy work life balance for our employees.
Over the past 10 years there has been a huge shift to incorporate working from home in finance and business industries due to the health benefits and flexibility it creates for employees. At Kinetic Bookkeeping we champion this lifestyle and believe there is more to life than working a 9-5 in a corporate office. Our goal is to take some of the pressure of being a business owner off of our client's plates, so they can also enjoy more freedom and flexibility in their day-to-day lives.
